Tutor's Evaluation Form

 

The purpose of this form is to obtain Tutor's feedback on the process of Tutor engagement with the EGV, and the running of classes at Embroidery House. All comments are considered.

Was the EGV's communication satisfactory with you whilst arranging this class?
Was the venue/room suitable for your class?
Were pre-requested items readily available (ie whiteboard, markers, irons etc)?
Do you feel the students were adequately prepared?
Did the students fit into the required 'skill level'?
