* We love to sit and sew together and we value our supportive friendships. 😃 * It’s a safe haven. * Amidst the happy chatter, members are generous and encouraging. * We are excited to learn new techniques and to create textile artworks. * We play with fabrics and threads to create traditional and contemporarytextiles. * We are a mix of beginners and experienced stitchers and that’s fantastic!

If we’d like to learn a type of embroidery, we simply ask. We organise exciting workshops with in-house and visiting tutors who inspire us. Summer School is popular! These can run for weeks to cater for all our members. Unusual themes include gourds, insects, steampunk, hyperbolic crochet, buttons and canvaswork. |
