Shouting from the rooftops! Alison Cole Embroidery came second in the section 'Best Gold Embroidery Organisation' at the International Gold Embroidery and Jewellery Festival in Bukhara Uzbekistan! Alison represented Australia in this inaugural event.

1707 - A MOST UNUSUAL SAMPLER: The Embroiderers' Guild of WA have charted an 18th Century Sampler from their collection and offering 2 pdf chart packs for purchase.
Option 1 @ $15 contains all the quirks and errors stitched on the original. Option 2 @ $20 includes a re-imagined version for those preferring to stitch in a more orderly fashion is included.

Thanks to Colleen Bettles and Wendy Worrell - Scissors, Tatting Shuttles and Mauchlineware have been made available on the Historical Tools Collection page with larger images uploaded to the Gallery page.
