SD29 - Intermediate Art and Design - Course Information

Intermediate Course - Art and Design for Embroiderers.

A 6 class course that will cover the Elements and Principles of Design in order to assist students to develop an ability to develop their own designs and style in their chosen area of Embroidery. Students will learn through the study of the work of artists and through practical art exercises using various media. Each class will focus on certain elements or principles with a related art activity. Class work will consist mainly of work with paper and related art techniques in order to focus on the elements of design

Students will be required to keep a visual diary throughout the course. Class work forms only part of the course, students will be expected to complete various tasks during the time between classes. 

A major project, visual diary and folio of work will form the final assessment

Kit Fee - $60.00

EGV Class Refund Policy

Please Note:

• A 10% charge will apply if the refund request is made prior to the class registration closing date.
• A 20% charge will apply if the refund request is made after the class registration has closed.
• No refunds will be given once the class has commenced.
