JS32 - YUBINUKI JAPANESE THIMBLE
This will be a fun day learning how to make your own Yubinuki, or Japanese Thimble
A Yubinuki, is designed to be worn between the first and second knuckle of your middle finger to push the needle through fabric, and this class will teach you how to make your own perfectly fitting thimble.
During the class you will be following a simple UROKO or triangle pattern The design is created by a simple zig zag stitch worked up and down and around the thimble.
Once you have mastered this beginner pattern you will have the confidence to create your own individual collection of Yubinuki. Some to use, and the rest to admire.
This is a fun class for everyone and no experience is necessary.
