LO'S13 - Japanese Temari Wrap
CLASS FULL
An enjoyable class making Japanese temari – a traditional Japanese embroidered decorative ball. Our day includes creating your own temari from the basic core through to a simple decorative pattern suitable for beginners. The morning starts as Leanne from Kimono House guides you how to prepare the temari ball core & wrap the base using natural plant-based materials. The fun continues in the afternoon as we decorate the surface of the ball in the traditional obi wrap pattern. A gorgeous piece for decorating the home, these colourful aromatic balls will delight those who love to stitch by hand & make a perfect gift for all ages.
