Preparation for Smocking a Bishop's Yoke
This class will require students to have a dress cut out and pleated prior to the class.
Cutting and pleating will be done for you for a small charge which will profit the EGV.

During this class you will learn how to pleat correctly, align the pleating for smocking, begin stitching and further tips on neckline binding and facings, taking you far beyond a Basic Bishop.
