Class Refund Application

Please complete this form if you have been advised that your class will not be proceeding or if you wish to apply for a refund for another reason.

If you are applying for a reason other than class cancellation, please note that a refund is at the discretion of the Education Committee. To assist with determining your eligibility some details as to your circumstances will assist; e.g. illness, family emergency.

Whilst a 'change of mind' is not generally an adequate reason for a refund, where a wait-list exists for a class, a refund may be considered, so it is worth applying as soon as possible.

Please also note that an application for refund (other than class cancellation) will incur a 5% administration fee to cover the EGV expenses. Your refund, if approved may take a few weeks to appear in your account.
