EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SOUGHT!
Natalia Frank (US). This US tutor has a particular interest in embroidering canvaswork miniatures. We would like to invite her, but first need to know if there is sufficient interest. Please look at her blog, and contact Shelagh Amor through the Guild with your thoughts.
AN ENGLISH GARDEN BAND SAMPLER:
Since the commencement of Di Fisher’s Band Sampler class, we have had a number of members expressing interest in another class starting up. Di is more than happy to commence another class when she returns in 2018 to complete the final bands for the current class. Dates for the second class begin on Monday 9 and Tuesday 10 April for Band 1 and Monday 16 and Tuesday 17 April for Band 2. If you are interested in participating in this class please send your class application to the Office at Embroidery House.
The new Intermediate Course – ‘Art and Design for Embroiderers’ is now full. This course will cover aspects of design that will enable you to then translate your ideas and designs into stitch. This course is ideal for anyone with little or no design experience.
