By now most Guild members will be aware that excitement is building towards our fiftieth anniversary celebrations in 2010.

As this is our golden anniversary, the theme of Gold will be one of our main themes. In this spirit, and being mindful of the strength and devotion of our country branches, the gold-mining city of Bendigo has been chosen for the celebration luncheon in June 2010, with various other exhibitions and celebrations in the area to enrich the weekend for those who wish to spend some time there.

For those just wishing to attend the lunch, which will be enjoyment enough, buses will be arranged with pick-up stops to make it possible for all to participate. Of course you can drive there independently with friends. It promises to be an exceptional day, weekend or week – your choice!

Country members are really looking forward to extending hospitality to city and fellow country members and are planning surprises for us all.
